At KT by Knix, we want to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in your period-proof apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Package

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your unwashed and unworn items, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
